The RO Carbon Filter is used as both a Pre-Filter and Post-Filter for Aztec's 4-Stage Reverse Osmosis Ultra-High Purity Filtration System.

* The RO Carbon Pre-Filter is recommended to be replaced, along with the Sediment Pre-Filter, once per year or as needed.

* The RO Carbon Post-Filter is recommended to be replaced, along with the Membrane, every 3-5 years or as needed.
